Our Cancelation Policy
We require 3 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your follow-up appointments. You will be charged a $55 cancelation fee if you do not contact us or fail to let us know prior to the 3 hours.
For your initial visit we require 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. If you do not give us this notice, you will not be refunded your $85 deposit. However, if you call to cancel prior to 24 hours, you can be refunded if you are not planning to reschedule.
