Our Cancelation Policy

To make changes to your follow-up appointments, kindly provide us with a minimum of 3 hours notice. In the event that you fail to contact us or inform us within the specified timeframe, a cancellation fee of $55 will be applied.

For your initial visit, we kindly request a notice of 24 hours when canceling or rescheduling. If this notice is not given, your $85 deposit will not be refunded. However, if you call to cancel prior to 24 hours, a refund can be issued if you do not plan to reschedule.
